As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

About the Team

FISTM Integrated Payables is a SaaS solution, a web-enabled service on a single platform that provides payment execution services for all payment types for a variety of industries and state and local governments (B2B and G2B). These payment execution services include traditional check printing and delivery as well as the processing of electronic payments such as ACH, wires, and single-use commercial cards.

We're are looking for an Implementation Conversion Analyst to join our Integrated Payables Team. Be a part of a team that works directly with clients, programmers, QA, and other team members to define our client products and services and ensure successful implementations.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working with client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be set up, to meet client needs. Then you will complete the product mapping that includes all processing requirements and identifying challenges in converting the customer to FIS systems. You will gather forms and data files from customers and assesses requirements and customizations for delivery.

  • Leading and executing project activities regarding functional and technical requirements and designs, testing, training, and support

  • Assisting with project planning and requirement gathering and specifications

  • Coordinating work tasks with cross-functional team leaders to develop solutions with other team members

  • Executing and delivering project tasks within time and budget constraints

  • Understanding client needs, and developing and maintaining excellent customer relations

  • Store all Project deliverables (signoffs, documentation, workbooks, customer status reports, tech info/vpn, issues list, major decisions, etc.) on SharePoint.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated and willing to learn

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Conversion/Implementation or Project Coordination experience

  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally

  • Superior Customer focus

  • Ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and communicate to technical staff
