JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We have an associate role on our DEI team within the Human Capital Management (HCM) division.

The DEI team is the leading voice and advisor to the firm to achieve greater diverse representation through data, accountability, culture and brand. We help evolve the firm's diversity strategy by fostering an environment that values different perspectives, challenges conventional thinking and maximizes the potential of all our people.

As a member of the DEI team, you will play an important role in delivering a global diversity and inclusion framework introducing practices and processes that create an even stronger culture of inclusion for all our people. Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop world class, innovative, DEI strategies and execute initiatives with proven impact and external profile
  • Strengthen our external brand as a firm that values and celebrates diversity to attract and retain the best talent
  • Drive accountability and governance for global representation aspirations and other board commitments
  • Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, communicate priorities and measure progress

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in inclusion, community building, talent management, coaching, advocacy efforts, and/or other related fields
  • Excellent project management and data analysis skills
  • Results-oriented with ability to synthesize and manage multiple complex often ambiguous, time-sensitive projects with variety senior stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication and ability to work with ambiguity, with a demonstrated client focus
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment and risk management
  • Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience in a global team environment

PREFERRED

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Financial Services organizations

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$140000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
