We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in for a Tech firm in the downtown Manhattan market. The role involves working within the insurance industry and requires a keen understanding of recruitment processes, as well as a proficiency in sourcing candidates across various markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sourcing of candidates with experience in 17 different markets, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.

• Develop comprehensive lists of potential hires within these markets.

• Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.

• Operate at a data entry level, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and updated.

• Utilize tools such as Careerbuilder and Applicant Track System to streamline recruitment processes.

• Engage in regular communication with potential candidates, providing information and answering inquiries.

• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter for targeted sourcing and candidate management.

• Focus on recruiting individuals with an active property casualty insurance license in their state.

• Contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the recruitment team.

• Continually seek to improve recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment.

• Proficiency in using Applicant Track System.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing potential candidates.

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder for job posting and candidate searching.

• Proven track record in recruitment sourcing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
