Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to impact one of New York's top healthcare organizations!!!

Starting Pay Rate - $65/hour!!

Work Environment:

Our client runs a 705-capacity skilled nursing and rehab facility aims to provide quality care through diverse programs and services designed to support health and independence for individuals needing short or long-term care.

Job Description:

• Plans, directs, coordinates, delegates, and evaluates the activities of all nursing personnel within the assigned area.

• Conducts daily rounds and reviews care plans for appropriate goals, problems, interventions, and revises as needed, based on identified nursing needs.

• Ensures the continuity of care by informing supervisors and staff of unit status and related matters through written reports and verbal communication.

• Conducts daily conferences with unit staff to review specific patient care and to communicate and interpret recent policy and procedure changes.

• Coordinates with appropriate personnel to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available on the assigned unit.

• Provides consultation for unit personnel, resolves immediate problems, and communicates action to the Unit Supervisor.

• Maintains records, files, and reports as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Active NYS Registered Nurse licensure

• 1+ years of experience in long-term care setting

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift (7:30am - 3:30pm)

• Evening Shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm)
