PGD provides offshore & nearshore expertise of all Publicis Global Services’ capabilities with standard operations.
Job Description
In consort with Global COO, Publicis Media, and COO, Production and CFO, develop annual PGD strategy and budget
Coordinate activities with President, Publicis Media Operations & Client Governance and CFO PGD to drive overall demand and strategy for adoption of new solutions
Responsible for achieving capacity goals and overall capacity management
Oversight of PGD Center leadership, cascading strategy and ways of working with consistency
Weekly meetings with each Center Lead and chair monthly global PGD leadership meetings on short to long term goals
Manage executive level relationships and escalations with client leads at market, agency, Groupe level
Continuously improve operations; identify local innovation to adapt globally, ensure adoption of core systems, tools and platforms, address gaps
Develop innovative solution offerings across media, creative, production, data and technology
Expand automation/AI agenda across PGD for continued acceleration of productivity, efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Growth OS, Global Operations, Performics, PM/PMX leadership in support of their strategic initiatives
Build culture and global community across all of PGD through regular communication and on the ground presence
Qualifications
15+ years experience in global advertising, marketing services, consulting, data and technology
5+ years developing and managing offshore delivery teams
Experience operating in highly matrixed, global organizations
Ability to set strategic vision and manage to quantifiable milestones
Management of large scale teams (eg, 1,000+ FTEs)
Success in creating collaboration across multi-region, multi-time zone, multi-cultural teams
Ability to travel

Compensation Range: $300,000 - $375,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
