Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager (Pantry Services) for our client in New York, NY . We’re seeking a creative and forward-thinking manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating unique, health-focused pantry experiences. This role demands a focus on innovation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.The General Manager (Pantry Services) will oversee the daily operation that provides Hydration Stations, Premium Beverage and Coffee Service and Snacks daily throughout the building. This position is ideal for someone with workplace food service experience who can bring fresh ideas to enhance our services.

The General Manager (Pantry Services) will have responsibilities for:

• Oversee and manage all onsite pantry operations

• Drive innovation and implement best practices to continuously improve pantry offerings

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure smooth, efficient operations

• Review and approve final prints on menus, stickers, and labels to ensure timely service

• Refine operational procedures to elevate standards and ensure flawless performance

• Maintain consistency in pantry offerings across multiple client site categories

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot to new ideas

• Passion for creating unique, health-focused pantry experiences

• Creative flair to make our pantries standout

• Proven experience in contract food service management
