General Counsel and Board Secretary (New York, NY) Bravia Capital Partners, Inc. - Transactional support relating to investment activities, particularly cross-border M&A relating to Asia. In coordination with company leadership, prepare, review, and negotiate commercial agreements on behalf of management. Manage company’s investment entities and local operating entities and ensure compliance with local and US law. Must have a Juris Doctor degree and New York Law License with at least 8 years of experience as a corporate attorney at a law firm, including at least 5 years of experience in cross-border or international corporate transactions and negotiating commercial contracts. 10% international travel will be required. $245,000-$265,000/yr.
