Full time Sr. Data Scientist (Grade 7) (New York, NY; multiple openings): Consult clients to define & refine business objectives towards data-driven decision problems. Research internal/external tools & methodologies to develop AIML solution concepts for client problem briefs. Work with client & Fractal teams to rapidly prototype innovative AIML solutions including data & requirements gathering, technological scoping & architecture, code implementation, insights delivery & recommendations. Work with cross-functional client & Fractal teams to scale AIML solutions to production systems. Mentor junior Data Scientists on technical skills & career progression. Build & teach an AIML skill specialization (e.g., underwriting, classification with data imbalance) for the Insurance practice.
