Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the financial services industry, situated in New York, New York, 10017, United States. The primary role will involve providing bookkeeping support for a recently acquired fund services business.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing credit card transactions efficiently

• Conducting accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable

• Utilizing QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting

• Regularly posting payments to maintain up-to-date account information

• Executing payroll functions to ensure employees are paid in a timely manner

• Keeping accurate customer credit records and processing credit applications

• Maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Must possess an in-depth understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a must

• Ability to manage Payroll efficiently

• Experience in Posting Payments is desirable

• Knowledge of Credit card transaction processing is required
