The opportunity
We are looking for an outstanding hands-on Marketing Coordinator, North America Field and Pipeline to help drive expansion at one of the most exciting and fast-growing Unicorn big data analytics tech companies in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and award-winning team and play an instrumental role in the next phase of Quantexa’s impressive scale-up journey from Unicorn status to Centaur status. Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence platform is helping to lead global and national brands in the Financial Services, Insurance, Telco and Government sectors solve major challenges across financial crime, risk, fraud and data management.
As a Field Marketing Coordinator for North America, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across the region. You will work closely with the marketing director, in-region sales, alliances and solutions teams to create and implement effective marketing programs that support our business goals. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technical scale-up environment.
What you’ll be doing
Oversee and drive field and pipeline marketing across North America to support revenue objectives, partnering with Corporate Marketing, Partner Marketing, Digital, Demand, Product Marketing and Content teams.
Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to US and Canada.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify target markets, create demand generation programs, and support lead generation efforts.
Create integrated campaigns including ABM initiatives by aligning with business development reps, refining messaging to align with account needs, and optimizing targeting through BDR account mapping, resulting in more effective engagement with focus accounts.
Plan, organize, and execute regional events, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Coordinate localized content, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital marketing materials, to support regional marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with overall company goals and messaging.
Drive effective marketing programs to support Enterprise – Tech sales – long terms sales
Role is remote, East coast preferred and includes occasional travel.
Requirements
What you’ll bring.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Direct experience in field marketing, tradeshow and events management preferably in a B2B technology or software company.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Experience with tools like SFDC, Hubspot, Showpad, Asana, Zoominfo.
Proactive and Self-Motivated: Able to take initiative and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
Agile: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and able to quickly adjust to new challenges and priorities.
Creative: Capable of thinking outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
Analytical: Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret marketing data, providing actionable insights for improvement.
