Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Facility Technician to join their team. As a Facility Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting the overall operational efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. This is a temporary opportunity.

Job Title: Facility Technician

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, overtime and weekends)

What's the Job?

• Move office furniture and other heavy and/or cumbersome items as needed.

• Handle light repair work including spackling and painting offices.

• Operate a cordless drill safely and effectively for minor installations.

• Maintain accurate records and complete activity reports on assigned duties.

• Assist with office moves, new hire preparations, and conference room setups.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience as maintenance technician.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including conference room setups and breakdowns.

• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with the Facilities Team.

• Proactive approach to completing assigned duties and tasks.
