Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene Facilities Support Assistant in New York, New York
The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time Facilities Support Assistant position. The chosen candidate will be responsible for receiving, delivering, and securing all packages and mail brought into the facility through the storeroom. The chosen candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lb.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Secure all packages and mail coming into the facility. Deliver packages to recipients in a timely manner. Sort incoming mail and place in the proper mailbox. Assist facility employees with supply orders. Verify packages coming into the storeroom. Ship out packages for facility employees. Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. At least six months of experience working in a stockroom or warehouse. At least six months of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Work Location: 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032
