MSCI, Inc. seeks Executive Director, Climate Products in New York, NY to partner with senior product managers, as well as colleagues across the organization and product lines including sales, marketing, finance, corporate development, and legal in helping to achieve commercial product objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a related field and 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: working at or serving global banks; working with and managing cross-functional teams; utilizing experience as business generalist including driving product ideation, development, and execution; utilizing experience with pricing or packaging of new product launches across financial services and/or technology solutions; utilizing quantitative experience including performing risk modeling; utilizing experience growing revenue in challenging market conditions by finding new ways to monetize existing solutions including identifying new client segments, launch of sales campaigns, new collateral development, execution of pricing levers, and creative product design; evaluating market dynamics to develop a sales strategy. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
