Job Summary

This position works at our headquarters (132 West 31st St) and offers a Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for company executives

• Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of executives

• Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and arranging logistics

• Coordinate travel arrangements

• Maintain various records and documents for company executives

• Prioritize and respond to emails as necessary

• Ensure smooth project progression within set timelines and budgets

• Communicate project details across various levels and departments

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 3-5 years of experience in managing large, complex projects with significant organizational impact

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with a positive attitude

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prioritize emails and respond when necessary

• Excellent time-management skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Ability to multitask
