NXT Consulting is a cross-Groupe “Horizontal Bridge” team, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer. The team tackles universal marketer challenges by leveraging Groupe expertise in digital experience, data, technology strategy, and engineering. NXT’s mission is to deliver transformative solutions that drive growth and innovation for our clients.

Core Responsibilities
Our NXT EVP, Consulting, Partner Solutions & Operations is an experienced leader with a strong track record in people and program management. This role is responsible for driving NXT’s success through operational excellence and strategic partner solutions. This individual will:
Leadership & Team Success : Help set and measure goal attainment for NXT consultants and subject matter experts (SMEs), driving performance and ensuring execution of high-impact projects.
Sales Enablement & Reporting : Equip teams with the tools, processes, and metrics to succeed. Design and implement reporting mechanisms that clearly track NXT’s progress and impact for Groupe executives.
Strategic Partner Solutions : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that address Publicis Media client needs, ensuring smooth delivery via Publicis Groupe’s solution hubs.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic thinker who is obsessed with accountability and simplifying processes, who is comfortable moving quickly on opportunities in order to create cross-functional solutions across matrixed organizations to keep Publicis and its clients ahead of industry needs. This person should understand agency, marketer and platform operations and have a growth mindset, orchestrating integrated solutions with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with Publicis Groupe capabilities is essential to this role.
Detailed Responsibilities
Annual Planning
Collaborate in defining and executing an operating and staffing plan that aligns with NXT’s objectives and revenue targets.
Develop mechanisms for tracking and reporting NXT’s OKRs and impact to Groupe executives and CFOs.
Operational Excellence
Act as a senior contact for executive leadership, working cross-functionally within Groupe to drive high-priority initiatives that enable revenue growth.
Optimize the NXT team’s time and resources through strategic prioritization, clear documentation, and efficient project workflows.
Lead internal and external partnership discussions, driving progress and accountability.
Partner Strategy
Prioritizes and manages key hyper-scaler, Martech and data partnerships
Primary point of contact for strategic product co-development and account planning

Enable the NXT team to deepen and diversify strategic relationships with Publicis Groupe clients by supporting the pursuits and sales of incremental quality transformation scopes. Track progress rigorously, manage quality and performance standards, assess risk, and use dashboards and information systems to support these efforts.
Excel at accountability . NXT works cross-functionally across Publicis Groupe with internal communications / cadence, goal setting and accountability being key success factors in ensuring streamlined XFN operations and success.
Work with great speed . NXT is front line for our client’s most pressing and interesting problems, and opportunities are perishable. Ideal candidates thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial, goal-oriented environments.
Demonstrate track record of mutual growth . Manage third-party partnerships and vendor relationships in way that drives success for our clients and scale revenue growth for Publicis and partners.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
15+ years of experience in consulting, marketing, media agencies or adjacent fields, such as Adtech, Martech, cloud ecosystems or client-side marketing; experience in data and Digital Transformation a plus
Commercial and operational mindset
Collaborative approach that ensures all sails moving in the same direction, with effective communication style, easily able to adapt messaging for diverse set of stakeholders with clarity and precision (business, technical, financial, operational). Will often need to secure cross-functional buy-in.
Knack for strategic storytelling, enjoys putting pen to paper, enjoys contributing by doing!
Stays informed on industry trends and passionate (but rationale) about identifying new opportunities for client solutions.
Residence in NY tri-state area and willingness to travel for business (estimated 5%).
Strong quant/analytical and problem-solving abilities for addressing challenges.

Compensation Range: $$241,000 USD - $325,500 USD annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
