Job Summary
Experience Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of national strategies around all Conference and Building Processes relating to Hospitality and Workplace Experience. Ability to identify operational glitches, areas for improvement and innovation and develop SOP’s to ensure the experience is consistent across all locations, as well as guide and streamline the opening of new locations and microsites. The Experience Manager works in partnership with the Space & Event Manager and Conference Services team to ensure Meeting & Events strategy is aligned and successfully implemented.
Trend reports, and recommended innovations are a few reports that an Experience Manager will be presenting during quarterly business reviews.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Develop and implement a comprehensive National Standard Operating Procedure regarding Workplace and Hospitality while considering the nuances of each location due to physical, environmental, and cultural differences
Work closely to understand the day-to-day operations of all spaces including facilities management, space planning, hospitality, and office services to streamline best practices
Manage Lenz and SYNC audit processes to ensure the team is completing and understand standards
Drive initiatives to enhance workplace experience, employee engagement, and satisfaction through innovative design, amenities, and programs by partnering with Omnicom ERGs and Agency leadership to understand their needs
Effectively communicate workplace strategies and initiatives to national stakeholders, follow up with teams after SYNC audits to ensure understanding and process for improvement if necessary, and assist in opening new locations and microsites
Monitor and analyze workplace trends and best practices to continuously improve our workplace & hospitality operations
Participate in weekly Conference Services meeting to remain aligned on upcoming events and ensure communication and adherence of Conference/Hospitality policies are in place
Work closely with Agency DEI & Omnicom ERGs to create an equitable and welcoming workplace environment for all employees
Identify and implement sustainable workplace practices and promote environmental stewardship across all office locations
Responsible for specialty projects as requested by Head of Operations/Director of Space Management (Director of Global Work Experience).
Implementing and adhering the Food Service approval process and policies.
Assists with conducting monthly Rapport New Joiners Orientation in conjunction with Head of Operations, introducing new team members to Omnicom specific standards and continuing to update content to keep it fresh and relevant.
Conducts bi-weekly internal compliance training sessions ensuring all New Joiners have consistent training within their first 90 days on required topics from Confirmations and Space Escalations to Building & Visitor Management processes.

Develop new training and SOPs for new internal processes to streamline standards and ensure that National SOP is kept up to date.
Developing and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients via email, in person, or virtual calls, instilling confidence that their needs are being handled in an expert, timely, professional manner.
Business Reporting - Work with the regional GM’s to develop business reporting in the areas of guest feedback, agency experience, workplace engagements, opportunity logs, high profile meetings etc.
Conducting virtual meetings in a friendly, professional manner, taking notes with accuracy, and appropriately handling or referring questions and requests
Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details.
Gaining an understanding of the Omnicom culture, key areas of activity and creating "transparency" by serving as an extension of the Firm.
Creating & updating Quick Reference Guides as needed.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously.
Analytical approach to resolve conflicts and develop processes.
A good understanding of spatial relationships in the context of an office environment and creating a seamless flow for employees and visitors.
Creativity, with an open mind to see things from a different angle, suggest alternative solutions, etc.
Excellent communication skills, combined with strong "listening" skills.
Familiarity with conference center property management/reservation systems.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
