Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant in New York. As an ERP/CRM Consultant, you will be tasked with the design and development of an API for integration purposes, the construction and testing of connections for efficient data exchange, and the utilization of XML for data formatting. This role will be crucial for ensuring seamless form submission functionality and maintaining the security and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop an API for integrating Salesforce with external systems, ensuring efficient data exchange and seamless form submission.

• Build and test the connection for accurate data exchange.

• Ensure the API is scalable and adheres to best security and performance practices.

• Utilize XML for data formatting and submission to systems.

• Develop or adapt XML schemas as per the requirements to support system integration.

• Handle API development and integration of Salesforce with external systems effectively.

• Show proficiency in handling XML for data transformation and submission.

• Display familiarity with RESTful and SOAP services.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Manage the configuration and AB testing for the business process functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Client Side Scripting

• Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies

• Extensive experience with CRM systems

• Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

• Experience with AB Testing methodologies

• Knowledge of API Development

• Familiarity with Business Process Functions

• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs
