Job Description

A leading hospital system sitting in New York City is seeking an Epic Training Manager to join their team.

This role manages, assigns and monitors work for the IT training team and At-The-Elbow support staff. The objectives of training activities are to maximize the utilization, adoption and satisfaction of the EMR and associated technologies. Some of the general responsibilities include planning, design and execution of technology education programs for clinical and non clinical users, such as medical staff during system upgrades, new employee onboarding and refresher training. This person will supervise the build and upgrades of the training environments & be responsible for training team roles with application teams.

Skills and Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience working within an Epic training field

   - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the learning/development field - minimum of 3 years of experience leading an epic training team.

   - Masters degree in healthcare field, Communications, Education or related field preferred

Proficient in Learning Management Software (LMS) null
