ManpowerGroup Document Data Control Specialist in New York, New York

Our top banking client is seeking a Document Data Control Specialist to join their New York City office. This position will support the Policy Governance and controls and exposure monitoring activities. This is a 6-month contract position, following a hybrid schedule out of New York City.

Job Title: Document Data Control Specialist

Location: NYC (hybrid, 2 days on-site)

Pay Range: $60.00 - $62.00 hr., W2

What’s the Job?

This position reviews trading pre-approvals, global trading thresholds, and performs reconciliations against transactions reported by the Risk Management team; additionally, ensures that policy controls are in place by ensuring the controls are lodged in a control inventory and documented in procedures.

What’s Needed?

  • Fundamental understanding of data and how databases are organized

  • Ability to clearly articulate and follow processes

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and wrangle data in Excel

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize Excel data into PowerPoint templates

  • High level of self-awareness and attention to detail

  • Client service oriented mentality when working with stakeholders
