Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated, self-starters who can advocate for our clients, by complementing high tech with a personalized touch. Challenge the status quo and influence peers with diverse points of view. Forward thinkers with ability to see what's next in treasury management.

Business Management and Performance:

  • Complete launch and start commercialization of Pay by Bank Product (PBB).

  • Work across Payment Product and Enterprise team to align with the US B2C and C2B strategy within GPS to continue to grow use of PBB product across use cases and other core products.

  • Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape for both the B2B and B2C payments environment through regular engagement with other internal Lines of Business (Emerging Payments, Retail, Card, Trade, GWIM, Markets, Sales, Marketing, etc.) as well as external Networks and Industry Working Groups

  • Identify themes, industries, use-cases for business development, to identify product enhancement opportunities and to support changes to improve product profitability and the client experience.

  • Assist with the strategic roadmap and communicate internally with partners to ensure awareness and alignment of priorities

  • Assist with business cases to support changes to improve product profitability and the client experience.

  • Drive revenue growth initiatives

Product Development and Operational Management:

  • Evaluate, write requirements, develop and implement new products and feature functionality driven by voice of customer/competitive landscape

  • Grow responsibly through delivering within our risk framework. Create and maintain product risk assessment, product profiles, LRR traceability, and contribute to standard assessments.

  • Work closely with business partners – including Operations, Technology, Digital Channels and Sales – to evaluate, monitor and close operational issues

  • Work with Sales, Operations, Servicing and Fulfillment to manage existing client impacts and challenges to ensure high quality servicing and retention of clients

  • Engage in reviewing/understanding trends, remediation and mitigation, and projects related to the client experience as required

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience in payments, with a strong preference for experience with product development, risk management and/or financial responsibilities or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated initiative, follow-through and the ability to work with limited supervision

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Subject matter expertise in Pay by Bank or digital payments preferred

  • Ability to quickly learn core capabilities including end-to-end operational and technology workflows and processes

  • Knowledge of treasury management products and services, and key trends within the electronic payment space Experience managing risk routines

  • Experience analyzing and reporting business financials

  • Strong in Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
