Overview
The Director leads the team's Investment Management efforts by providing functional management and leadership to a team of Investment Supervisors, Senior Associates and Associates. You will oversee the daily team workload, plan and assign projects and adapt to the evolving needs of the marketplace. The goal for this role is to support client investment initiatives and help develop and maintain PHM partnerships. You will report to the VP or SVP Investment Management.

Responsibilities
Knowledge
Expert understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout
Expert understanding of client's business and goals
Experience translating client goals into media investment and management strategies
Expert understanding of the investment process
Expert understanding of the overall media marketplace and partner landscape
Experience with partnership opportunities, deals and terms
Experience with agency Terms + Conditions and media partner contracting process
Expert understanding of agency investment tools and partner invoice portals
Day-to-Day
Oversee the execution and delivery of all Investment Management team tasks and projects
Accountable for accuracy of buys placed in agency buying platform
Address partner contractual needs, such as IO notes, SOWs
Ensure best practices in investment process and efficiencies are implemented and operational
Drive POVs on new investment offerings, processes and technologies
Accountable for team's reconciliation of partner invoices
Responsible for Marketplace Position reporting
Responsible for accuracy of investment data reported to central team
Responsible for accurate investment closures of campaigns
Responsible for assignment and execution of ad hoc projects
Adhere to agency procedures (on-time and accurate time sheets, GDPs, 360 feedback)
Internal + External Relationships
Develop talent, delegate, and ensure teams are working smoothly
Manage and prioritize team assignments
Provide clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization and measures of success to all partners
Foster a positive work environment
Provide expertise and shares knowledge with junior team members
Deliver constructive, relevant feedback to team
Manage relationships with important media partners and continue to develop working relationships with client contacts
Collaborate internally with leadership across capabilities and teams
Maintain relationships with main Groupe teams, such as ReSources and Business Operations
Navigate proper support for Investment systems and tools
Contribute to new business efforts
Qualifications
10+ years of industry experience, with experience in media planning and/or buying
Pharmaceutical industry a plus
BA/BS
Knowledge of media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean, etc…)
Experience leading people and projects
Experience dealing with ambiguous and challenging situations
Exhibits professionalism, integrity, self-awareness, and an attitude of continuous improvement
Additional information
Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
