Citigroup Director - HR Transformation Program Manager - Enterprise Workforce Management (Hybrid) in New York, New York

Team/Role Overview

This role is a central part of the Human Resources (HR) Consent Order transformation team and its mission to bring about a fundamental reset of Citi’s Culture and Talent model to strengthen risk management and controls in order to ultimately achieve organizational excellence. Reporting to the HR Head of Transformation Execution and Regulations Management, you will lead a team of project managers as they drive forward work transforming Enterprise Workforce Management processes.

What you’ll do:

Provides Program Management support for Enterprise Workforce Management, including:

  • Facilitating effective oversight through engagement with key decision makers and stakeholders.

  • Providing check and challenge on the overall Enterprise Workforce Management transformation progress.

  • Presenting Enterprise Workforce Management transformation progress to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

  • Overseeing the master list of Change Requests for Enterprise Workforce Management.

  • Facilitating key Enterprise Workforce Management meetings and working sessions.

  • Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervising the activity of others and creating accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills.

  • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.

  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior leaders.

  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues through root cause analysis and other analytical techniques; structure potential solutions; drive to resolution with senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level using sound judgment and successful execution, understanding how to operate effectively across diverse businesses.

  • Experience with and previous exposure to internal or external control functions and regulators (including the US).

  • Ability to challenge business management and escalate issues when appropriate.

  • Strong track record of effectively assessing and managing competing priorities.

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
