UBS SECURITIES LLC is hiring a(n) Director, Global Banking - ECM US Derivatives (ref. Code 001617) in New York, NY.Duties: Analyze and price corporate equity derivatives, bespoke back-leverage transactions, and convertible bonds. Structure and price complex OTC derivatives. Structure bespoke bilateral margin loans, on both private and public stocks. Act as product specialist and first line of defense underwriter for high complexity lending transactions. Interact with clients across corporate, sponsors, and investors by presenting transaction, benefits and risks, and negotiate terms. Monitor complex transactions throughout the lifecycle and be responsible of ongoing product maintenance. Observe trends, formulate and assess product ideas.
