"Digital Designer - Ad Sales for TV Streaming ServicesPosition OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer with a strong focus on digital and UX/Visual design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that communicate our brand's message effectively across various digital platforms. This role requires proficiency in design software and a passion for innovative digital design solutions. The hiring team is looking for a designer who can master multiple brand styles as they will be supporting various advertising partners and need to be versatile. This position is a hybrid, 6-month contract in New York, NY. Responsibilities:Deliver visual solutions that address the objectives and communicate core messageUphold integrity of design throughout process, while being respectful to colleagues of various disciplinesStay up to date with latest design and digital trendsContribute to and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented groupCollaborate with colleagues across different disciplines (ad sales, marketing, strategists, communications, product team, motion graphics, editors, writers, Creative Directors, etc.)Qualifications: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work (photo compositing and editing a plus) Must be proficient with FigmaExpertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.Ability to work on and manage projects from concept to delivery Working knowledge of PowerPoint Follow the lead of an Art Director and/or Creative Director Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to think outside the box A heightened sense of design; especially with respect to typography, photography, composition, and color Highly creative & detail-oriented Advertising Sales design experience is a plus Desired Characteristics:A bachelor's degree in a related field/equivalent training or work experience  3+ years working as a graphic designer or similar role Positive, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn and grow and ask questions within a fast-paced working environment Passion for design, photography, illustrations, typography, and digital design Openness to collaborating with colleagues across different disciplines Ability to maintain a professional and respectful attitude to co-workers Interest in the advertising and media industryIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
