The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

We are excited to welcome a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Content Coordinator. You will be a vital part of our administrative team, responsible for web content entry, social media coordination, and providing support in event coordination. Responsibilities

Web Content Entry:

  • Assist in updating and maintaining content on the organization's website.
  • Perform key word searches for search engine optimization.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and consistent information.

Social Media Coordination:

  • Support the development and execution of social media content calendars.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels and assist in responding to inquiries.

Event Coordination:

  • Provide support in the planning and execution of digital events and campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for events, and collaborating with internal teams.

Content Creation:

  • Contribute ideas and assist in the creation of digital content, including graphics and written materials.
  • Assist in coordinating larger projects such as photo shoots, videos, and more.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Learn to analyze social media and website metrics and provide basic reports on content performance.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but all majors are encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
