YOUR ROLE:

The Customer Experience Intelligence (CXI) Analyst supports the development, execution and application of scalable intelligence products and proprietary research for the RAPP US Network. Customer Experience Intelligence is a division of the Strategy practice, which also includes the Experience Strategy and UX teams. Working in close partnership with our strategic, marketing sciences and client counterparts across all of our US offices, the CXI team provides a useful and differentiating base of consumer, market, vertical, brand and marketing channel knowledge designed to arm cross-functional teams with inputs that give RAPP client teams a "head start" and competitive advantage to grow relationships, inform customer experience design opportunities and inspire creativity.

CXI analysts are inherently curious, critical thinkers and creative problem solvers who know the landscape of available data, understand the role and application of data in decision making, can extract actionable value and insight from data, and can determine the right methods, techniques and research strategies required to facilitate desired learning.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the activation and application of codified CXI intelligence solutions across existing clients and new business efforts, including initial secondary and syndicated data pulls, data aggregation, data processing/manipulation and data visualization / interpretation against defined product specifications and requirements
  • Support the design, development and analysis of proprietary and custom CXI primary research initiatives, including survey programming and QA as well as initial data processing and analysis for both quantitative and qualitative efforts
  • Conduct requested desk research using secondary/syndicated data sources (e.g., Simmons, Forrester, eMarketer, Omnicom proprietary platforms), including specific data points, benchmarks, consumer, category or competitive intelligence and associated synthesis to support CXI and strategy team deliverables
  • Support development of new proprietary research and CXI intelligence solutions through active participation in R&D efforts, vetting and exploration of new data sets, etc.
  • Document new processes and methodologies as they are defined
  • Monitor and assess the landscape of other data providers and competitive intelligence solutions as in input into the CXI R&D process

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Interested in pursuing a career in marketing strategy, planning, marketing research, consumer insights, marketing analytics or related field

Our hybrid work model:

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to New York and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
