Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Overview:

Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Salary

$70,000 to $84,000

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  • Record and manage customer feedback and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Salary: 70,000 Maximum Salary: 84,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
