Robert Half CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager in New York, New York

Description We are in search of a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team located in New York, New York. This role is centered on the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. You will be a key player in a dynamic work environment, utilizing your skills in CRM, Google AdWords, Facebook Insights, and Analytics to drive the success of our digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies using tools such as Google Ad, Google AdWords, and Facebook Insights.

• Manage customer databases to ensure optimal segmentation for targeted marketing.

• Collaborate with the team to design and launch creative advertising campaigns.

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Enhance brand awareness in the digital space through innovative strategies and campaign planning.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience.

• Leverage data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in the digital marketing strategy.

• Drive customer engagement and lead generation through effective use of CRM tools.

• Continuously stay updated with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying. Requirements • Proven experience in a digital marketing management role.

• Proficiency in CRM and database management.

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights and Google Ad platforms.

• Ability to create and manage Google AdWords campaigns.

• Experience in designing and implementing effective advertisements.

• Solid understanding of data analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Ability to enhance brand awareness in the digital space.

• Experience in campaign planning and execution across various digital platforms.

• Strong design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
