JOB DESCRIPTION

The Corporate Security Manager of Investigations will, among other responsibilities, investigate threats directed at FOX executives, talent, and employees. The position will be tasked with conducting investigations emanating from the threats, as well as for incidents of criminal activity directed at the enterprise and/or its' employees from both internal and external actors.

As a member of the Corporate Security Team, this position will report directly to the Corporate Security Director of Investigations. The Manager will monitor and evaluate incidents and threats using established protocols and procedures. They will ensure that relevant intelligence that could impact business, personnel or brand are communicated to management, as well as the appropriate stakeholders in an effective and timely manner.

During any incident that threatens the safety or wellbeing of any FOX Corporation employee, they will coordinate with Corporate Security leadership and other FOX Corporate Security team members and internal stakeholders to effectively communicate, address and mitigate the incident. Incidents may include threats to enterprise facilities and infrastructure, as well as threats to information technology. This position with collaborate regularly with law enforcement. This position will interact on a regular basis with executives and talent from Fox News Media and Fox Television Stations.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Investigate physical threats directed at FOX Corporation employees, to include executives and talent.
  • Investigate social media, internet, and cyber threats directed at the aforementioned employees.
  • Act as a liaison between the Fox Corporate Legal Department and law enforcement.
  • Refer crimes committed against Corporation employees to law enforcement for criminal prosecution.
  • Investigate instances of employee wrongdoing and effectively report findings to FOX Corporate Security, Human Resources and Corporate Counsel.
  • Maintain and adjudicate security databases.
  • Manage and maintain Corporate Security's "Do Not Admit" program.
  • Provide grand jury or trial testimony.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree and 15 years of law enforcement experience is required.
  • The candidate must have substantial investigative experience.
  • Supervision of investigative units is preferred and may substitute for bachelor's degree.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong law enforcement contacts and connectivity nationwide.
  • Moderate travel is required.
  • Must be HR 218 compliant, as well as licensed/certified to carry a weapon in a security capacity in New York state.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $125,000.00-150,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
