Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Academic Administration and Finance, the incumbent coordinates the department's course scheduling and registration processes and provides administrative support to the Director of Undergraduate Studies and the department's undergraduate programs and students.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent and three years' related experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college preferred
Other Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity applications required. Facility with or ability to quickly acquire facility with electronic student information, course management, content management and other administrative systems required.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and proofreading skills required. Discretion, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively on concurrent projects.
