ManpowerGroup Contract Legal Administrative Assistant in New York, New York
Our higher education client is seeking a Contract Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting a Senior Associate General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, Associate General Counsel/Senior Advisor to the President and Assistant General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have exceptional presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communications, and prior experience supporting in a law office or environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant
Location: New York, NY
Pay Range: $27-$30/hr
What's the Job?
Coordinate and assist with calendaring events and meetings
Prepare letters and documents for distribution
Assist with responses to legal requests for information
Provide backup assistance to other administrative support team members
Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing tasks and activities
What's Needed?
Prior experience supporting in a law office or environment
Exceptional presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communications
