JPMorgan Chase Content Operations Associate in New York, New York

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is the U.S. wealth management business of JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading global financial services firm where clients can choose how and where they want to invest. They can do it digitally, remotely or in person by meeting with an advisor in one of our more than 4,800 Chase branches throughout the U.S., or in one of our offices.

As a Content Operations Associate for the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Content team you will help us enhance the delivery of market commentary and educational content for our clients and the general public; this is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a growing part of our business as we strive to serve our clients in new ways. We are a highly motivated team that operates like a news organization, bring your positive outlook, attention to detail and fresh ideas in order to balance multiple strategic projects and execute on tight deadlines. In addition, you will ensure all published or distributed content is up-to-date and accurate and assist with and manage other content projects as needed.

Job responsibilities:

  • Distribute a variety of multi-media content; including web-based articles, emails, social posts, videos, and live webcasts.

  • Partner closely with an array of cross-functional stakeholders including content creators and strategists, marketers, product managers, tech experts and communicators around the company to deliver content at high velocity with fast turnaround times

  • Develop, manage and optimize a series of processes to enhance content delivery across a number of distribution points.

  • Partner with legal, compliance and controls stakeholders to ensure content needs are meeting various legal and regulatory obligations.

  • Leverage materials from other lines of business within J.P. Morgan to provide clients with relevant and timely content.

  • Prepare presentations for meetings with senior business leaders and stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • 3+ years of experience working in communications, business news media or marketing; Bachelor's Degree

  • Impeccable project management skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and work well across a matrixed organization.

  • A solutions-oriented mindset that embraces the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Can balance a number of tasks and deliverables at once without losing sight of the end goals we're trying to achieve.

  • Customer-first thinking; ability to work collaboratively and partner with others.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

  • Sound judgment and keen awareness to identify and flag potential risks.

  • Ability to understand and use data and metrics to make decisions and explain content effectiveness.

  • Strong initiative, energy, positivity and confidence.

  • Genuine interest in the world of financial markets and personal finance.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • Knowledge of project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, etc.)
