Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in New York, New York and variousunanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Work You’ll DoDrive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identifychanges in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. • 50% Travel Required Nationally • Telecommuting Permitted • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Positionrequires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Utilizing MS Office tools and Agile methodology to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the health care, manufacturing, or banking industries; • Developing functional specifications for custom development, and interfacing with external systems, utilizing ServiceNow, Workday, and MS Teams; • Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, an monitoring project progress, utilizing ServiceNow, Jira, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); • Working across all phases of the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Web-based application solutions for enterprise-level clients; • Utilizing ServiceNow, Jira, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to support System Integration and service rehearsal testing to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions; • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing ServiceNow, Jira, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); • Researching user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes, utilizing ServiceNow, Jira, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); and • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance.
