Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Work You’ll DoManage information technology projects, software advisory, and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. • 50% Travel required nationally. • Telecommuting permitted. • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.RequirementsMaster’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Utilizing Agile, Hybrid Agile, and Waterfall methodologies to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Life Sciences and HealthCare industries; • Managing all phases of data migration, data integration, application rationalization project delivery, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce, Oracle, and Veeva for enterprise-level clients; • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies; • Utilizing Atlassian Jira, Trello, and Smartsheet to manage the design and development of project solutions; • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, leveraging interviews, surveys, workshops, and current state analysis; • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders by analyzing ongoing and upcoming projects, planning for resources, budget and infrastructure needs and applying effective project management skills in executing milestones; • Managing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Microsoft Office (MS) Teams, Planner, and SharePoint, Zoom, and WebEx; and • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successfulimplementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Snagit, (MS) PowerPoint, EdCast, and P2L.OtherHours: M-F, 40 hours/week;Annual Salary: $155,542.00 - $241,000.00.To apply visit apply.deloitte.com.
