We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support a high-profile financial services building project in New York City. Our firm is recognized as one of the largest real estate developers in the world, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional projects that shape our communities.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing large commercial building systems projects, including replacements, repairs, and upgrades. Your responsibilities will encompass both project planning and execution, ensuring that each project meets established goals related to speed, data quality, and budget.

You will manage multiple projects across various phases of development, focusing on the specific needs of clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will support team and client initiatives for process improvement and your own professional growth. Tracking project financials and regularly reporting on status will be essential aspects of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute large-scale commercial building systems projects.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to address project needs.

• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to personal career development.

• Track project financials and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience from pre-construction through to closeout, with a proven ability to oversee all phases of a project.

• Relevant project experience in commercial real estate or financial services is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications.
