We are seeking a Compliance Testing Analyst to join our team in New York. The role will involve compliance testing support for a foreign banking organization. This job offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, providing the chance to gain experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance assessments in accordance with AML, BSA, OFAC, Sanctions, and commercial regulations such as Reg D.

• Utilize auditing skills to maintain the highest level of regulatory compliance.

• Develop and manage compliance documentation to ensure all processes are accurately recorded.

• Perform compliance audit tasks, using audit workpapers to keep track of findings.

• Handle compliance risk management, implementing measures to mitigate potential risks.

• Involved in commission functions as part of the broader role.

• Continuously monitor and update the compliance risk management strategies.

• Support the organization in control testing activities.

• Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage the audit tests as required.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all relevant compliance regulations.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Compliance Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in AML - Anti Money Laundering practices

• Demonstrated skills in auditing procedures and practices

• Familiarity with Commision Functions

• In-depth knowledge of compliance procedures and regulations

• Experience in conducting Compliance Audits

• Ability to perform Compliance Assessments effectively

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining Compliance documentation

• Understanding of Compliance Risk and strategies to mitigate it

• Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and its applications

• Proven experience in Regulatory Compliance Risk Management

• Ability to conduct Audit Tests effectively

• Experience in creating and maintaining Audit Workpapers
