Role Description
Are you inspired by the idea of supporting the creation of premium video content? Are you obsessed with a TV show and crossing your fingers for the announcement of the next season? Do you see the opportunities in how quickly adtech is evolving? We are seeking an intern to join our growing team and help define and build the future of identity for buyers and sellers in the premium video market.
As a summer Intern on the AIM team, you will:
Help develop and deliver high quality identity products on time
Participates in the strategic planning for enhancements to product content, pricing, packaging and features
Draft and manage requirements and other supporting business documentation
Understand Freewheel identity data and help analyze it
Learn about ad industry and identity, audience and measurement platforms
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
Student will help resolve identity issues for freewheel customers
Student will be expected to analyze petabyte level data and make data driven product decisions
Student will be expected to be vocal and point out bottlenecks and issues with current processes
Where can this student make an impact?
As part of identity team at Freewheel, successful candidate will, help define and build the identity product that will become a benchmark in Ad-tech industry
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with the product, data science, and engineering teams to help drive product development
Provide data driven insights to help drive product decisions
Write and Manage documentation such as PRD (product requirement document), wireframes etc.
Be a member and learn from the world-class FreeWheel product team.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills
SQL ninja, good communicator (written and verbal), detailed oriented, curious about ad-tech and willing to learn
Preferred Majors: Information Systems, Data science, Computer science, Mathematics
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently enrolled in a graduate level program from a United States-based college or university
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Salary:
Base Pay: $42.00
