Join Our Team as a Site Civil Design Engineer!

Are you a passionate and driven civil engineer looking to elevate your career? We are on the hunt for a talented Site Civil Design Engineer to join our innovative team!

What You'll Do:

• Design with Impact: Help shape the future by preparing and designing comprehensive civil site plans, grading plans, and drainage strategies for a diverse array of projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

• Master Civil 3D: Utilize your expertise in Civil 3D software to craft and refine design models, ensuring that your work is not only innovative but also meets real-world grading and drainage requirements.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with project managers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver practical, effective design solutions while meeting all project requirements.

• Evaluate & Adapt: Conduct thorough site evaluations and feasibility studies to identify the best design approaches and ensure project success.

• Prepare to Impress: Create detailed technical reports, specifications, and presentations that will wow clients and stakeholders alike.

• Ensure Excellence: Guarantee that all designs comply with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

• Support Construction Phases: Contribute throughout the construction process by reviewing submittals, handling RFIs, and conducting site visits as necessary.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

• Experience with 3+ years in civil engineering design, especially in water design.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D software is a must; experience with AutoCAD and HydroCAD is a bonus.

• A solid understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design principles.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective information exchange.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.08/hr.
