We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

The Office of the CTO (OCTO) at PayPal is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to provide analysis and synthesis of data, manage projects, and support functions across all areas of OCTO. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain various business documentation to enable teams across the organization.

  • Support the various needs and processes across all of OCTO, including Strategy Orchestration, Planning Operations, and Operations Management functions.
  • Provide analysis & synthesis of data to support tactical initiatives, such as developing business requirements and use cases, creating project plans and timelines, and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams in Program, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain, refine, and continually update various business documents, artifacts, and repositories to enable various teams across the organization.
  • Assist in the development of presentations and reports to communicate project status and key findings to stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent listening, communication, verbal, and writing (documentation) skills, with experience in creating use cases, process flows, and other project deliverables preferred.
  • Able to manage and collaborate effectively across various domains, with experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred.
  • Operate with high standards, integrity and with impeccable judgment.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment bound by rapid change and ambiguity.
  • Enthusiastic about PayPal vision of an inclusive culture and collaborative values.

Recent Graduate Position Information and Requirements:
  • This is a Recent Graduate Full-Time position.
  • Must have graduated within the past 12 months, or will be graduating by Spring 2025, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Must reside in the U.S.
  • Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
