The Role:

Weber Shandwick is looking for a Junior Associate, Global Client Experience and Market Resource Management. In this role, you will work with the global client experience leads to apply the deep understanding of client needs to resources required by client teams, including:

  • Supporting training and management of market resources enabling client work.
  • Supporting agency leaders responsible for managing client experience across North America as they work to uplevel skills throughout the community, share impactful work, bolster thought leadership and learning.

Ideally, you're curious about the industry, a multitasker, detail-oriented, responsive and adept at managing deadlines.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (most notably Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and responsiveness

Years Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years in an administrative or coordination role

Responsibilities:

  • Support in global client survey coordination
  • Support NA client experience leaders' logistics and content needs (including scheduling meetings, aggregating and organizing content and casework)
  • Review industry news for latest market resources developments
  • Explore new market resources and tools with initial vendor vetting requirements
  • Track and report usage of existing market resources
  • Assist in market resource onboarding and basic training

NYC Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
