Responsibilities Identify key advertisers within an Enterprise that could benefit from targeted service initiatives and develop sales programs and service strategies that align to identified opportunities within the advertiser funnel to improve acquisition, growth, and retention. Conduct studies and design clear measurement strategies and success metrics, in partnership with Analytics team, to understand and optimize the impact and ROI of each solution. Develop and test new services, create innovative experiences to help businesses grow, and work with internal teams and external clients to operationalize and scale these service programs. Work closely with management and between Enterprise sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to facilitate smooth delivery and end-to-end execution of scalable sales programs. Optimize program operations with a focus on process management, deep dive analysis and funnel optimization. Coordinate and execute delivery of programs through in-house and external clients, ensuring quality and operational efficiency to drive incremental revenue growth. Communicate progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders. Provide sales training program on analytical skills, including developing foundations in Excel applied to topics including full funnel marketing strategy, quarterly business review planning, and understanding partner financial results. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Providing business strategy to end-clients including developing roadmap and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and analyzing revenue growth, efficiency, and ROI using Excel; Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to develop solutions aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention; Building and developing business processes to scale and managing hyper-growth (at least 5x annual growth in revenue), including streamlining onboarding and activating external clients and partners, and providing business analytics; Providing data analytics including identifying, synthesizing, and structuring data-driven insights for internal team and external clients, and to identify opportunities to grow revenue by analyzing the data; Developing analyses, including creating pipeline, efficiency, and shelf life analysis built in Excel, and developing playbooks to grow business representing revenue of at least US$100 million; and Developing assessment of market segmentation representing revenue of at least US$20 million.
