The Opportunity

As part of the Operations Consulting team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful learning initiatives. As a Manager you guide the execution of our Infinite Learning Strategy, maintaining a customer-centric approach that supports PwC's goals and vision. You are responsible for supervising, developing, and coaching teams, managing client service accounts, and driving assigned client engagement workstreams. You leverage team strengths, manage performance, and mentor junior staff to deliver on client expectations. You also embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and implementation of impactful learning initiatives

  • Guide the execution of our Infinite Learning Strategy with a customer-centric approach

  • Supervise, develop, and coach teams to achieve exceptional performance

  • Manage client service accounts and drive assigned client engagement workstreams

  • Leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations

  • Mentor junior staff and foster their professional growth

  • Embrace and integrate technology and innovation to enhance delivery

  • Encourage a collaborative environment through meaningful dialogue between business, experience, and technology teams

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of experience with 2 years in consulting project delivery

  • Managing and leading teams

  • Leveraging industry experience within a payment service providers (e.g., payment fintech, payment processing vendors), or large merchant within the payments organization, or large commercial bank

  • Working independently and as a team member

  • Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Utilizing proven experience in leading teams

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Studies preferred

  • Exhibiting significant experience in merchant acquiring, ISO, and payment facilitator operations

  • Familiar with chargeback processing, settlement, and reconciliation

  • Understanding of the merchant acquiring operating model

  • Possessing experience with payment processing vendor RFP development and assessment

  • Having knowledge of Financial operations, including settlement operations, reconciliation, and exception processing

  • Demonstrating a record of success in operations and administration of merchant acquiring businesses, data and payment systems interactions including IT tools and technology, and documentation/identification of key controls within the card payment transaction lifecycles

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
