Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP seeks Associate, Litigation in New York, NY, to handle a full range of pre-trial and trial duties related to litigating large disputes in the areas of antitrust, securities and corporate law, including M&A litigation, bankruptcy, and insurance, fraud, white collar crime, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and anti-money laundering. Requirements: JD or foreign equivalent in the job offered or a related occupation and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: researching, analyzing, reviewing and drafting memoranda, contracts and other agreements and legal documents. Must be admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
