Overview

The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Operations is directly involved in the growth and development of Publicis US’ centralized recruiting coordination team. You will act as an operational partner to Recruiters and Recruiting Leads within the US Talent Acquisition (TA) teams and work closely with Talent Acquisition Operations leadership to manage and mentor a team of Recruiting Coordinators. You are a strategic thinker, highly organized, detailed, and meticulous. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual to help streamline existing processes, identify gaps where new processes should be created, and troubleshoot roadblocks for improved efficiencies and partnerships within a fast-paced setting and multiple prioritized work streams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) supporting 100+ recruiters across the US; assesses performance levels and provides direction on an ongoing basis; coach for growth and development

  • Fully adopt and utilize the applicant tracking system and all other Talent Acquisition tools, including reports and dashboards to determine appropriate RC remit allocation and opportunities to broaden services

  • Build strong, valuable partnerships with brand recruiting leads and recruiters, displaying the value of the program and professionally solutioning challenges that arise

  • Create and update streamlined processes, training playbooks, and video tutorials; facilitate and lead training programs

  • Serve as a point of escalation for the team and internal stakeholders

  • Identify areas of opportunity within Recruiting teams’ adoption of centralized processes and provide clarification and training, as needed

  • Partner with TA Operations leadership on system implementations, leading discovery and implementation for areas within your remit, and developing tool-specific training

  • Manage onboarding process for new RCs; provide and monitor progress

  • Foster continuous improvement in processes and best practices, as applicable

  • Perform additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned; support additional programs as needed

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Operations, and/or related fields

  • 3+ years leadership/team management experience in Recruiting, talent management, and/or HR

  • HRIS and/or ATS expertise; experience with multiple talent systems and platforms

  • Excel and data management skills, including the ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources, and predict trends

  • Excellent customer service skills, approaching issues with a process-driven and solutions-oriented perspective

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to organize and convey complex information clearly and succinctly

  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail

  • High-energy, adaptable team player with a strong work ethic and ‘can-do’ mindset

  • Appreciation for the inevitable ‘grey’ in strategy, and ability to balance that with the ‘black and white’ of operations

Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
