Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Asset Life Cycle Management (ALM) team for a major Media and Entertainment client in NYC. This team is responsible for the life cycle management of endpoint systems, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and virtual devices. This role will support two key projects that directly contribute to the Project management for stockroom audit program, support for the Service Now migration effort, monitor ALM activities and identify areas for improvement, and ensuring all IT assets are appropriately tracked and managed physically within asset management system, Service Now, in accordance with ALM policies and procedures.

Skills and Requirements

Technical background and understanding of IT asset life cycle management

Extensive experience with ServiceNow/HamPro

Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing

Project management skills

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Self-starter, ability to work independently with limited supervision

Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience Bachelors degree in computer-related field preferred null
