Job Title: Intermediate Architect/Job Captain

Job Description

This person will work directly under the Architectural Principal and Project Architect and is responsible for supporting the delivery of projects through all phases. Responsibilities include contributing to design concepts, client presentations, and studies; developing design documents, drafting, detailing, and construction documents; and coordinating closely with clients, and in-house engineers. Projects supported are primarily data centers, generator buildings, and other highly complex infrastructure. Understanding the processing of shop drawings and assisting engineers with architectural tasks is also required.

Work Environment

HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE - 4/1 (The entire office is home on Fridays). Face-to-face collaborative environment with architects and engineers in-house, offering ample opportunities for collaboration. The office is located in midtown across from NY Public Library. The team comprises 2 architects, 6 engineers, principals, and admin staff, totaling about 15-20 people.
