Description

We are looking for a AR Billing and Collections Clerk with current or previous legal industry experience to join our Client's team in New York, New York. The role involves maintaining customer records, billing and collections. This job provides an opportunity for individuals who have a knack for account reconciliation and legal billing.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Resolving customer inquiries related to AR collections and billing

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions for collections

• Using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for managing and updating customer accounts

• Performing account reconciliation regularly to ensure accuracy

• Utilizing skills in legal billing to manage AR collections and billing tasks

• Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards in all tasks

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures is necessary.

• Competency in Microsoft Excel is expected.

• Experience with QuickBooks is desirable.

• Knowledge of Legal Billing is required.

• Demonstrable skills in Billing Collection are essential.

• No specific years of experience required; we welcome both entry level and experienced legal billing professionals.
