Description We are in search of a motivated and skilled Application Development Project Manager/Lead to join our Marketing/PR team based in New York. The chosen candidate will be primarily responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and configuration of the M-Files Document Management and Workflow platform. This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the M-Files system is effectively utilized to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the M-Files Document Management and Workflow platform across the organization.

• Configure M-Files to meet the specific requirements of different departments and business units.

• Develop and maintain document management standards, policies, and procedures.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all M-Files related technical and operational matters.

• Manage and maintain the M-Files platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

• Provide expert-level support to users, addressing any issues or concerns related to M-Files.

• Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure effective utilization of the platform.

• Design and implement workflow processes within M-Files to streamline business operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and translate them into effective M-Files solutions.

• Integrate M-Files with other enterprise systems and applications.

• Customize the M-Files platform to align with business needs and improve user experience.

• Ensure the M-Files platform complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity and security.

• Lead and manage M-Files related projects from inception to completion. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Marketing/PR industry

• Proven experience as an Application Development Project Manager/Lead

• Proficiency in Document Management

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
