Mount Sinai Health System Administrative Coordinator-Pediatrics in New York, New York

Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administrative and program support activities for the Division Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. The Coordinator will also assist with divisional workflow, special projects, and research. This individual has experience in communications and project coordination. S/he typically reports to a division head, vice president, or higher-level executive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of applicable

  • 5 years related administrative or business experience required. Some supervisory experience preferred. experience and education

Responsibilities

  • Gathers, tracks, and synthesizes information/data for survey based projects

  • Coordinates research activities including sponsor visits, data collection and data submission

  • Facilitates development and printing of promotional/educational materials

  • Creates agendas, transcribes and distributes minutes, designs presentations

  • Support Associate Professor of Pediatrics, AI and Human Health

  • Prepares and disseminates correspondence and statistical reports

  • Facilitates communication with outside hospitals

  • Assists with Faculty/NP attendance and scheduling

  • Plans logistical arrangements for forums, conferences, seminars, meetings and/or visiting professorships

  • Assists with grant applications, special projects, and other survey preparations

Compensation Statement

Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $62571.36 - $74250 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
