Beacon Hill Staffing Group Accounts Receivable Associate in New York, New York
One of my best clients, a growing Real Estate Firm located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join the team. In this role you will apply all payments (checks, ACH, and Wire) to resident accounts, interface with the Residential Leasing team to address discrepancies on tenant charge statements, and manage and maintain security accounts for tenants. You will correspond with the residents to address inquiries pertaining to charges on their account, so you must have excellent communication skills and be able provide a very high level of customer service to all tenants. Working knowledge of Yardi is ideal and a minimum of 2+ years' experience in AR in a Residential Real Estate Firm is required. This is a growing firm with a tenured team so someone who can work independently but be a strong communicator and be proactive is necessary.
